Many people are trying their hand at <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhRNtRCc3Tk" target="_blank">Internet marketing</a>. They might have tried and failed, but they know there is the potential to make excellent income from doing it right. If you know someone who didn't do well with marketing or it has happened to you, try again. You can be successful online. <br />
When an old man died in the geriatric ward of a nursing home in an Australian country town, it was believed that he had nothing left of any value.<br />
Later, when the nurses were going through his meager possessions, They found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed the staff that copies were made and distributed to every nurse in the hospital.<br />
<br />
One nurse took her copy to Melbourne. The old man's sole bequest to posterity has since appeared in the Christmas editions of magazines around the country and appearing in mags for Mental Health. A slide presentation has also been made based on his simple, but eloquent, poem.<br />
<br />
And this old man, with nothing left to give to the world, is now the author of this 'anonymous' poem winging across the Internet.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Cranky Old Man</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What do you see nurses? . . .. . .What do you see?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What are you thinking .. . when you're looking at me?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A cranky old man, . . . . . .not very wise,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Uncertain of habit .. . . . . . . .. with faraway eyes?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Who dribbles his food .. . ... . . and makes no reply.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When you say in a loud voice . .'I do wish you'd try!'</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Who seems not to notice . . .the things that you do.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And forever is losing . . . . . .. . . A sock or shoe?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Who, resisting or not . . . ... lets you do as you will,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
With bathing and feeding . . . .The long day to fill?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Is that what you're thinking?. .Is that what you see?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then open your eyes, nurse .you're not looking at me.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'll tell you who I am . . . . .. As I sit here so still,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
As I do at your bidding, .. . . . as I eat at your will.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm a small child of Ten . .with a father and mother,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Brothers and sisters .. . . .. . who love one another</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A young boy of Sixteen . . . .. with wings on his feet</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Dreaming that soon now . . .. . . a lover he'll meet.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A groom soon at Twenty . . . ..my heart gives a leap.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Remembering, the vows .. .. .that I promised to keep.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
At Twenty-Five, now . . . . .I have young of my own.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Who need me to guide . . . And a secure happy home.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A man of Thirty . .. . . . . My young now grown fast,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Bound to each other . . .. With ties that should last.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
At Forty, my young sons .. .have grown and are gone,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But my woman is beside me . . to see I don't mourn.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
At Fifty, once more, .. ...Babies play 'round my knee,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Again, we know children . . . . My loved one and me.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Dark days are upon me . . . . My wife is now dead.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I look at the future ... . . . . I shudder with dread.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
For my young are all rearing .. . . young of their own.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And I think of the years . . . And the love that I've known.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I'm now an old man . . . . . . .. and nature is cruel.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It's jest to make old age . . . . . . . look like a fool.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The body, it crumbles .. .. . grace and vigour, depart.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
There is now a stone . . . where I once had a heart.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
But inside this old carcass . A young man still dwells,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I remember the joys . . . . .. . I remember the pain.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And I'm loving and living . . . . . . . life over again.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I think of the years, all too few . . .. gone too fast.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And accept the stark fact . . . that nothing can last.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So open your eyes, people .. . . . .. . . open and see.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Not a cranky old man .</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Look closer . . . . see .. .. . .. .... . ME!!</div>
<br />
Remember this poem when you next meet an older person who you might brush aside without looking at the young soul within. We will all, one day, be there, too!<br />

In <a href="http://www.vuphoenix.com/" target="_blank">Phoenix</a> there are so many different types of green energy, from solar to wind to water, that they are readily available for use in your own home. If you are looking for information on how to use green energy technology at home, continue on for some helpful tips that will show you how to go about accomplishing this.<br />
<br />
Saving energy and money is as simple as closing your curtains. You can also try putting blinds or curtains in. If you do these things, you will cut your use of air conditioning throughout the warm months, as your home will be a bit cooler. Energy and money are both saved this way.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGdksmDK6uJqy54YfYto2H3W-KcDBUwAaG6ymlxWSGcsIQWqTJy9lXCZcg_5enmk2hbgXUKxk8qTrqDCK_6UL8XJMfehyb5_xSt7jijOjuRmdmXx7bzfaZIg_aO-WGSnr96gyqPeDnMPU/s1600/green-energy-magnetic-generator-video-marketing.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="201" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGdksmDK6uJqy54YfYto2H3W-KcDBUwAaG6ymlxWSGcsIQWqTJy9lXCZcg_5enmk2hbgXUKxk8qTrqDCK_6UL8XJMfehyb5_xSt7jijOjuRmdmXx7bzfaZIg_aO-WGSnr96gyqPeDnMPU/s320/green-energy-magnetic-generator-video-marketing.png" width="320" /></a></div>
If you use oil to heat your home, see if biofuel can be used instead. You might even find that you can switch your system to partial biodiesel without having to purchase parts or hire a contractor to perform modifications. The bonus of doing this is a cleaner burning fuel that is generally also more efficient, and you'll lessen your impact on the environment also.<br />
<br />
Consume energy more wisely by unplugging your device chargers when they are not in use. Even if you are not charging your laptop, cell phone or mp3 player, just having it plugged in uses energy.<br />
<br />
During the summer months, hang your clothes outside instead of drying them in the dryer. The sun can give clothing an incredible smell. The smell of sun-dried clothes is much nicer than clothing tumbled in a dryer. Additionally, you will have substantial savings on your utility bills every month that you dry clothes outside.<br />
<br />
When planning the solar system used in the home, use winter sunshine hours to determine what potential energy generation will be. You will have more than enough energy during the summer months, while avoiding falling short during the winter. If you generate excess energy during the summer, with the right plan, your utility company will send you a check!<br />
<br />
The flow of air in a home is better controlled when you have stormed windows and doors installed. Storm doors and windows decrease cold air from drafts. Homes which have stormed windows and doors increase their energy efficiency by as much as 45% which also ends up costing you a lot less on your utility bills.<br />
<br />
Turn off appliances if you are not using them. When you exit a room, be sure to turn off any unused electronics or lights. Power strips are handy, because you can turn a number of devices off with the flip of one switch.<br />
<br />
If you are not sure about making improvements to your home, hire professionals that can look over your systems and offer you ideas of what you can do to make your home more green. These professionals can inform you of how much you are wasting by using appliances that are not energy efficient. That can also provide you with an estimate of how much it will be to replace your systems.<br />
<br />
It is beneficial to maintain your refrigerator to keep it working efficiently. With the fridge being a top energy consumer in the home, maintenance is important for efficiency. Use your duster to clean around your heating coils on a regular basis. Also, ensure that the door seals tightly and that it is clean.<br />
<br />
A lot of people consider alternative energy sources, but most people don't take time to actually implement it. The article you've just read should give you plenty of ideas to start with, so that you can green your home in a short time for a low cost.<br />
<br />
Any time you're thinking about <a href="http://www.vustudios.com/" target="_blank">video marketing</a>, you should consider your choices thoroughly. You have got to, of course, analyze your selections carefully. Nonetheless, you should keep your preferred method of doing items, along with your fundamental individuality, in mind. Follow your heart along with your gut reaction. Your pure intuition, when you be aware of it, will be the fastest way to controlling <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhRNtRCc3Tk" target="_blank">video marketing seo</a> along with every other problems. You will benefit by getting just as much information and profitable practices as possible, so I would suggest that you check out Different <a href="http://www.vustudios.com/" target="_blank">Green Energy Video Marketing Sources</a> And Their Benefits To You And Mother Earth plus focus on their factors of view.<br />

Selecting a Townsite Washington Street in the 1870s - Phoenix - SEO Services

Selecting a Townsite Washington Street in the 1870s - <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gt62VeXVvWc" target="_blank">Phoenix | SEO | Services</a>
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/5MMqNzghtnI?rel=0" width="100%"></iframe> </h2>
The rapid influx of pioneers continued, and by 1870, it was clear that a townsite had to be selected. On Oct. 20, 1870, a meeting was held to select such a site in the home of John Moore.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhyQ5JOZme08CGLNxS8G4KvrVilFDGZLQ9bVk4Fig1YcuG6RDTkLkRGDN9moVGPPVHjkGCr8fpB1BKA5R6446glUvGT5Z30XjXN-cnjYMy3xM-SW4vtUIYjvKfxhQWNjiIZkHvyOD4s-r4/s1600/phoenix-history-seo-services.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="172" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhyQ5JOZme08CGLNxS8G4KvrVilFDGZLQ9bVk4Fig1YcuG6RDTkLkRGDN9moVGPPVHjkGCr8fpB1BKA5R6446glUvGT5Z30XjXN-cnjYMy3xM-SW4vtUIYjvKfxhQWNjiIZkHvyOD4s-r4/s320/phoenix-history-seo-services.png" width="320" /></a></div>
This well-known farmer offered 40 acres to the cause, but 320 were purchased by a popular subscription that raised $50. The official designation of this new townsite was the North Half of Section 8, Township 1 North, Range 3 East. Today, it would encompass the downtown business section, bounded on the north by Van Buren Street, on the south by Jackson Street, on the east by Seventh Street and on the west by Seventh Avenue.<br />
<br />
To administer this new townsite, the Salt River Valley Town Association was formed with its articles carrying the following signatures:<br />
<br />
Darrell Duppa<br />
<br />
Wm. B. Hellings & Co.<br />

Barnett and Block<br />

<br />
John T. Alsap, James Murphy and J. P. Perry were selected by majority vote to be the townsite commissioners. Alsap acted as chairman and Capt. William A. Hancock was secretary.<br />
<br />
Capt. Hancock was also a surveyor, and he made the first survey of the townsite and laid out the lots and the town. This first town of Phoenix was one mile long, a half-mile wide and contained 96 blocks. Washington Street was the main street and, on the early maps, showed to be 100 feet wide.<br />
<br />
The east and west streets were named after our presidents. Washington Street was placed in the middle and Adams, who was the second president, was given the first street to the north. Our third president, Jefferson, had the first street south of Washington named after him. And the pattern followed - one to the north and one to the south - until recent years.<br />
<br />
The north-south streets originally carried Indian names, but these were changed in favor of the more easily remembered numbers - with streets being to the east of Central Avenue and avenues to the west.<br />

<br />
By 1868, a small colony had formed approximately four miles east of the present city. Swilling's Mill became the new name of the area. It was then changed to Helling Mill, after which it became Mill City, and years later, <a href="http://www.vuphoenix.com/" target="_blank">East Phoenix</a>. Swilling, having been a confederate soldier, wanted to name the new settlement Stonewall after Stonewall Jackson. Others suggested the name Salina, but neither name suited the inhabitants. It was Darrell Duppa who suggested the name <a href="http://www.vuphoenix.com/" target="_blank">Phoenix</a>, inasmuch as the new town would spring from the ruins of a former civilization. That is the accepted derivation of our name.<br />

<a href="http://www.vuphoenix.com/" target="_blank">Phoenix</a> officially was recognized on May 4, 1868, when the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, the county of which we were then a part, formed an election precinct here.<br />
<br />
A post office was established in <a href="http://www.vuphoenix.com/" target="_blank">Phoenix</a> on June 15, 1868, with Jack Swilling as postmaster. The sharp whistle of the first steam mill in the Valley added a brisk note to the sound of emerging industry. It advertised the Richard Flour Mills, built in 1869, where the Luhrs Tower now stands.<br />

<b>Selecting a Townsite - Washington Street in the 1870s.</b><br />
The rapid influx of pioneers continued, and by 1870, it was clear that a townsite had to be selected. On Oct. 20, 1870, a meeting was held to select such a site in the home of John Moore.<br />
<br />
